Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI release cycle, ensuring scalability and ethical alignment.
- Architect scalable neural network architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Lead a cross-functional team of 20+ data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee model training pipelines, including data governance and model evaluation metrics.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with 2026-era technologies such as Neuromorphic computing or advanced edge AI is a plus.
