What you will do:
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees.Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person support.Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.Conduct regular hardware audits and inventory management.Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software deployments.Respond to help desk tickets within established service level agreements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.Basic computer literacy with strong typing and navigation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.A problem-solving mindset and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Availability to start immediately and work a full-time schedule.Reliable transportation to our Seattle office.Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications during employment.
