Responsibilities
- Supervise 20+ warehouse staff daily, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS software (e.g., Oracle)
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift operator training
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills with lean methodology knowledge
- Valid forklift certification and CDL preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
