Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across all digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback for iterative improvements
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and promote best practices within the design team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design approaches
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
