Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and lead CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the engineering organization
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for production issues
- Drive innovation through prototyping and POC development for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization technologies
- Proven track record of delivering production-level cloud applications on AWS
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database optimization
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex systems
