Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features and services to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols and operational workflows.
- Upsell products and services to meet departmental sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
