- Define and execute the company’s comprehensive strategic roadmap leading up to 2026, focusing on scalability and innovation.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning workflows into core operational systems.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technological shifts.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, technology management, or future forecasting.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and strategy for a decade-out target.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI implementation.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments is highly preferred.
