Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and forecast market impacts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating futuristic technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present futuristic insights to C-level executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership pieces on technological disruption and future-proofing
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or Technology Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
