Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations in quantum AI and sustainable computing
- Architect and deploy scalable solutions using next-gen frameworks and cloud-native architectures
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Drive research initiatives in emerging tech paradigms (neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with market disruption goals
- Present breakthrough innovations to global stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Champion ethical tech development and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, advanced ML frameworks, or biotech interfaces
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into actionable roadmaps
- Published research or patents in disruptive technologies preferred
