Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture capable of handling high-throughput, low-latency demands.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core infrastructure, optimizing performance and reducing hallucination risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, DevOps) to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of systems.
- Mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high security and reliability standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a demonstrated ability to write high-performance backend services.
- Experience designing fault-tolerant systems and implementing disaster recovery protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or advanced predictive modeling is a major plus.
