Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for future initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or blockchain
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
