Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-year market potential
- Design scalable frameworks for sustainable infrastructure solutions targeting 2026 deployment
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for emerging tech initiatives
- Collaborate with academic institutions on joint research projects
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology R&D with experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling abilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams and budgets over $1M
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
