Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance systems optimized for the AI and Quantum computing demands of 2026.
- Define technical roadmaps that align emerging technologies with business objectives, ensuring long-term scalability and resilience.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration between AI researchers and infrastructure teams.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous agents and ethical AI frameworks into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and sustainability in the face of rapidly evolving cyber threats.
- Drive the adoption of next-gen tools, including neuromorphic computing and advanced neural network optimization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a demonstrated ability to work with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or large-scale AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing protocols.
- Experience with designing systems for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
