Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout breakthrough opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking across departments
- Quantify future market potential through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation in corporate or startup environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, CSSP) or equivalent professional accreditation
