Responsibilities

- Produce executive-grade trend reports and scenario analyses for key stakeholders

- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on transformational projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, SFI) preferred
