Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario plans and roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align corporate strategy with long-term technological and societal evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and investors through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype solutions for future challenges
- Author white papers and thought leadership content establishing our organization as the future authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
