Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps with measurable innovation milestones
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures or Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published trend analyses
