Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings with data-driven predictions
- Identify and assess disruptive startups, patents, and academic breakthroughs for strategic partnerships
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy or R&D roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Published research or speaking engagements at futurism/innovation conferences
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, climate tech, and neurotechnology trajectories
