Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging technological and societal trends for 2026
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to identify opportunities and risks in future markets
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and next-gen digital ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to accelerate innovation pipelines and patent development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards of directors
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused analytical framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into organizational strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, sustainable tech, quantum computing, or neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities with tools like Alteryx or Tableau
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or similar designation
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and external stakeholders
