Responsibilities
- Forecast socio-technological trends through horizon scanning, AI-driven scenario modeling, and expert interviews
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for product innovation, market expansion, and regulatory adaptation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and quantum computing integration
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through immersive data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA for trend validation
- Author annual 'Future State' reports predicting disruptive shifts in healthcare, mobility, and digital economies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects (e.g., for Fortune 500 companies)
- Expertise in AI trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4 analysis, Trend Hunter, or similar platforms)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro interfaces
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones with agile methodologies
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review preferred
