Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Produce actionable foresight reports on AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing disruptions
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into strategic priorities and investment decisions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Create visual strategic roadmaps communicating future implications to cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy implementation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and exponential technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech organizations
