Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for R&D, product roadmaps, and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to guide corporate decision-making
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping and implementation
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in tech or consumer sectors
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives and market impact
