Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for 2026 implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and influence organizational strategy
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable technology and human-centric design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing future-facing solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and innovation strategy projects
