Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap integrating technological, economic, and societal foresight
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and future-proof business models
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, sustainability, and quantum computing domains
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with long-term future scenarios
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and drive adoption of innovative initiatives
- Build and manage a dedicated foresight research team and ecosystem of futurist partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading high-impact innovation projects in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (articles, books, reports)
