Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 10-year horizon innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present foresight insights to boards and investors through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior analysts in futurist methodologies
- Monitor emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in emerging trends
