Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for business transformation
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into innovation pipelines
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for decision-making
- Build and maintain an external innovation ecosystem through partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Champion a future-oriented culture across the organization through thought leadership and internal education
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate foresight, innovation strategy, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and trend mapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
