Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive innovations to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and human-machine integration
- Lead ideation workshops with R&D teams to prototype next-gen consumer and enterprise solutions
- Produce strategic roadmaps for product development aligned with 2030 sustainability mandates
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Partner with policy advisors to navigate regulatory implications of emerging technologies
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or trend analysis within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., ACIF, CFTE)
