Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in emerging domains
- Prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
