Responsibilities
- Research and analyze global trends in AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainability to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex transformation projects
