Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and future-proof organizational capabilities
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future trends into product roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnerships
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports for executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with future-planning focus
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
