- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating geopolitical and technological megatrends
- Lead innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology pilots, measuring ROI and scalability
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with long-term market evolution
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan reviews a plus)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformative strategy implementation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven visualizations
