Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, bio-convergence) for commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment
- Present strategic briefings to investors and industry partners

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching future-focused products
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or blockchain
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Proficiency in scenario planning and futures methodologies
