Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical factors to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical technology adoption and digital inclusion
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Foster innovation ecosystems through partnerships with startups, academia, and government agencies
- Drive organizational transformation through technology adoption and capability building
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive leadership and external partners
