Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology strategic roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to translate tech capabilities into market-leading features
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Published research or patents in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
