Responsibilities
- Architect AI Roadmaps: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for integrating AI and automation tools into business operations, specifically targeting the capabilities expected by 2026.
- Operational Transformation: Lead the end-to-end transformation of business processes, identifying high-impact areas for efficiency gains through machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, HR) to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies and clear communication.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to ensure our strategies remain ahead of the curve.
- Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives, ensuring measurable ROI and continuous improvement.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish internal frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with emerging data privacy regulations and corporate responsibility standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting, with a specific focus on technology and digital transformation.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of current AI technologies (NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI) and their future trajectory through 2026 and beyond.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects with significant budgets.
- Technical Fluency: Strong grasp of technical concepts; ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous environments.
