- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and bias mitigation strategies for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) is mandatory.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to design systems with long-term scalability and adaptability in mind.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for stakeholders.
- Innovation: A track record of patent filings or contributions to open-source AI projects.
