- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain architectures
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
