Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of industry experts, VCs, and academic partners
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 7+ year horizons
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite/boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
