Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) for integration opportunities and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track technology adoption and ROI for innovation projects
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for future-focused initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to proactively adapt strategy
- Mentor teams on future technology adoption and digital transformation best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainability focus)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation (articles, patents, or keynotes)
