Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead research and development efforts to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) into core products.
- Optimize system latency, throughput, and resource utilization for mission-critical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards and best practices for future scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, system audits, and performance tuning to ensure robustness and security.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or machine learning operations.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large-scale data processing (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
