Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Conduct research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reduce inference latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure the robustness, security, and ethical use of AI models in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning and NLP.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Extensive experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models.
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models.
