Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Lead the technical strategy for AI integration across all product verticals.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all model deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and researchers.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency at scale.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning/AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
