Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap across quantum, AI, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU innovation hubs
- Secure $10M+ in government grants and private funding for emerging tech initiatives
- Present findings to C-suite and board members quarterly with data-driven impact assessments
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from lab to market
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or biotech AI
- Experience securing federal grants (NSF, DARPA) and managing $5M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
