- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget across 15+ projects
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive adoption of futuristic technologies in enterprise solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
- Certification in strategic innovation management preferred
