Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning
- Author thought leadership reports published in Forbes/MIT Tech Review
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor groups
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (2018-2025 validated)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, biotech
- Published author or conference speaker on future technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs/CTOs
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., TrendQ, Foresight Platform)
