Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive trends
- Develop go-to-market strategies for next-gen tech products with $50M+ revenue potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven success launching technology products with $10M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
