Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architectural vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation distributed frameworks, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersâincluding Product, Security, and Operationsâto define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation.
- Drive technical decision-making that balances speed of delivery with architectural integrity.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the system architecture and propose scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and scalable data processing pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
