Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and emerging disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Analyze global tech patents and academic research to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Coordinate with R&D teams to validate technical feasibility of future-concept initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning within tech or R&D environments
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
