What You Will Do
In this high-impact role, you will act as the strategic compass for our R&D division, ensuring our roadmap aligns with the explosive advancements expected by 2026. You will collaborate with world-class engineers, data scientists, and futurists to prototype the technologies that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on disruptive innovations like AGI and Quantum integration.
- Lead cross-functional strategic planning sessions to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable business units.
- Oversee the feasibility studies for next-generation hardware and software prototypes.
- Manage relationships with key industry partners, academic institutions, and think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders with clarity and persuasive power.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies across the Nexus ecosystem.
- Identify and mitigate strategic risks associated with rapid technological shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, R&D Management, or a Senior Executive role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading innovative projects that have reached commercialization or significant proof-of-concept stages.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Quantum Mechanics.
- Advanced degree (Masterβs or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and future uncertainty.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Fluency in English with the ability to communicate complex ideas globally.
