Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in neural interface and synthetic biology integration
- Drive strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global tech consortiums
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present disruptive tech strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging technology adoption
- Secure $50M+ in government and private innovation grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global conference speaker credentials (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
